As part of our effort to provide a safe, clean and welcoming airport environment, the Monroe Regional Airport continuously monitors customer feedback and satisfaction through both extensive market research and direct customer feedback.
Customer Care staff are also available throughout the airport concourse to assist visitors with any requirements they may have. Our customer Information Desk is located on the Arrivals level, where staff will be happy to assist you with any questions.
As part of our ongoing commitment to significantly improve the passenger experience at Monroe Regional Airport, we have also embarked on several development programs that will deliver a new terminal and additional facilities in the years ahead.

The Information Booth is an example of the airport's commitment to customer service. They are available to assist passengers, meeters/greeters, or other employees with questions or requests that they may have.
Hours of Operation
Monroe Regional Airport is open from 4:30am until last flight has cleared.
For security reasons the Terminal is "locked down" between 11:00 pm and 4:30 am and therefore passengers, and other persons, are not permitted to enter the Terminal during this time, nor sleep in the Terminal overnight.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found items that are found inside or outside the airport terminal and in the parking areas of the airport are turned in to the security desk located next to the airline counters.
Items may be claimed between 8:00am - 10:00pm Monday to Friday, or 9:00am - 10:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Information regarding items may be received by calling (318) 329-2471 or by contacting the airport in-person. If any items have been left on the plane, please contact the airlines directly.
Airline passengers can be paged by contacting the airlines directly. All other page requests can be administered through the information desk.
All our public facilities are fully accessible by wheelchairs. Our airline partners also offer wheelchair service within the terminal, and to and from their aircrafts. Please inform the agents upon arrival if you will require this service.
