Notice is hereby given that the Monroe Regional Airport (MLU) is requesting Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications, on State of Louisiana Form SOQ-1, from qualified consultants who meet the requirements in Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory Circular 150/5200-36 for a Wildlife Hazard Assessment conducted in accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 150/5200-33B.
Firms with demonstrated experience, competence, and qualifications meeting the above requirements are desired for consideration. Along with SOQ-1, please include a description of your approach to this particular project and under past performance only include projects of similar nature.

Only timely received submittals meeting the requirements of this Request for Qualifications will be considered. No submittal will be considered or accepted which is submitted by a Consultant that is in default under the terms of any agreement with the Monroe Regional Airport, or which has failed to perform its obligations faithfully under any previous agreement with MLU. Submittals shall be signed by an authorized representative of the Consultant.
In order to be considered, six (6) copies of your statement of Qualification must be received no later than 1:45 P. M. the 19th day of August . 2010 by hand delivery or mailed to:
